Laser hair removal uses the focused power of lasers to target each hair at the follicle level. As the energy strikes the hair, the energy is absorbed into the hair, damaging the root and preventing future growth. Because hair growth occurs in cycles, several laser treatments are usually needed at specific time intervals to ensure each hair is treated at the most appropriate time, so future growth is halted. Today's laser hair removal techniques can be used for all hair types and all skin types.
For best results, six to eight treatments are typically recommended, spaced four to six weeks apart. Laser hair removal services may be purchased as a discounted series. Buy five and get one free with your first touch up, complimentary. Please visit here for further descriptions on our laser treatments.
All touch ups thereafter are 50% off the regular price treatment.
Discounted touchup pricing is reserved for clients who have purchased a package at Every Woman Wellness.
Laser Genesis skin therapy is a skin rejuvenation treatment that addresses multiple signs and symptoms of aging, including hyperpigmentation, pore enlargement, fine lines and wrinkles, and uneven skin texture and tone. By gently heating the deeper layers of skin, the Genesis Laser eliminates tiny swollen vessels that cause diffuse redness while also promoting collagen production, so skin appears firmer and lines and wrinkles are reduced.
Limelight uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to treat areas of hyperpigmentation, including age spots and sunspots, so skin appears healthier and younger.
Lasers can treat the redness associated with rosacea by targeting the tiny vessels under the skin that have become swollen and inflamed, closing them off to the flow of blood so they can be absorbed naturally by the body. Lasers may also be used to treat the swollen appearance nose, a condition called rhinophyma that often accompanies rosacea.
